It was such a happy moment to get together with Aimée for the third time in about a year and to find out how beautiful this little girl has become. The Baby's first year photo sessions are just amazing. They bring a unique testimony, the start of a life journey.
LOLA
Here are a couple of pictures with baby Lola. Since I have photographed her mum during her entire pregnancy, I have invited her to come to the studio in order to make a few photos with just one simple pose :)

Family sessions at the beach
During the summer, I had the pleasure to photograph a couple of family sessions at the beach. What a perfect way to remember happy family moments. I also did a session with my own family and am planning to schedule one every year since the children grow up way too fast. I will try to keep up with outdoors family sessions open with my clients through the fall season as the landscape changes in such a beautiful way. Nature is the most romantic landscape.

Another beautiful baby session with a happy family. I especially love the natural tones and simplicity, which fit perfectly for a newborn session. This home photo shoot was very smooth and natural.
The First Year
How nice it is to watch your children getting older! It is a privilege for me to witness families' wonders through the stages of pregnancy, life with a newborn, and the years after. Baby Aidan just crossed a big milestone as he can now sit. Next time I will see him, he will be standing. How fabulous and quick nature can be! :-)
Aidan also faced some eczema issues like many babies coming to the studio. Someone once asked me why would I use any Photoshop for baby sessions, weren't they just perfect as they just came into the world? In fact a lot of babies face skin issues. I am glad to use some skills to edit and retouch pictures. A new mum recently congratulated me on the pictures I made for her baby girl who looked as if she never an any eczema. God bless them and let's keep up documenting their life to keep beautiful memories.
Giving birth
When you are so deep in love with this soul you haven't yet met, and you encounter each other for the very first time... My dear baby, my heart got suspended as I first saw you and embraced you in my arms, you were already in my veins.
Congratulations to my friend for whom I took these pictures 1 month prior and 2 months after giving birth.

A session with Aimée
This is Aimée, 9 months old, during her second photo shoot. Baby's first year sessions (Baby Plans) are a fantastic way to capture each growth stage. We first discover baby at birth, then when baby can sit and starts crawling until the very first steps... How magical :-) #firstyear #babyplan
Maternity session
This was such a nice session at my client's location. The photo shoot was made two weeks prior giving birth. We were lucky to make the pictures on time since sometimes babies can come earlier. It was the first time I used the mirror effect, which I will use again in the future :) When I take pictures of women whose pregnancy look effortless and body line looks so beautiful, I want to become pregnant again and again. It's truly a magical state!
I would also like to thank clients who let me upload their pictures on my website. This is the only way for me to show my work and inspire people.
